Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m ready to move from ideas to fully detailed plans for a modern single-family residence and I need an experienced building planner to guide the process from concept sketches through permit-ready drawings.
The house will sit on a standard suburban lot and must balance clean, contemporary lines with practical day-to-day living. I have inspiration images and a rough room-by-room wish list; what’s missing is a professional who can translate those notes into an efficient layout, thoughtful elevations, and a realistic material palette that keeps construction costs in check without sacrificing the modern aesthetic.
Here’s what I’m expecting as concrete deliverables:
• Initial concept options with massing studies
• A finalized floor plan and roof plan
• Exterior elevations that capture the modern style (large windows, simple forms, minimal ornamentation)
• Basic 3D visualizations for review and stakeholder buy-in
• A set of permit-ready drawings—including dimensions, schedules, and notes—formatted to local code standards
If you prefer working in Revit, AutoCAD, or ArchiCAD that’s perfect; just let me know your workflow so I can coordinate file exchange. Experience with energy-efficient detailing and familiarity with common U.S. residential codes will be a plus.
