Modern Restaurant Structural & Architectural Plan
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I am transforming a blank commercial space into a modern-style restaurant and need both the architectural vision and the structural expertise to make it happen safely and efficiently. The dining area, kitchen, and an outdoor seating zone all require detailed evaluation; every wall, column, and canopy has to be verified or redesigned so that style never compromises safety.
Sustainability is a must. Wherever possible I’d like recommendations for recycled or rapidly renewable materials, energy-efficient systems, and construction methods that lower the project’s overall footprint without inflating costs.
Here is what I will be looking for in the final package:
• Architectural concept and code-compliant floor plans that reflect a clean, modern aesthetic.
• Full structural analysis, load calculations, and reinforcement plans covering the dining room, kitchen, and outdoor seating.
• Coordinated construction drawings (DWG/Revit preferred) ready for permit submission, plus a concise material schedule highlighting eco-friendly options.
If you are comfortable collaborating in AutoCAD, Revit, or a comparable BIM workflow and can present stamped structural calculations where required, let’s talk timelines and milestones so we can open doors to guests on schedule.
