Modern Residential Structural Design
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I’m preparing to build a modern-style home and need a full architectural and structural design package that gracefully integrates a dedicated home office. The project should cover everything from concept sketches through stamped construction drawings and structural calculations, all aligned with current codes.
I’m aiming for clean, contemporary lines, efficient space planning, and a structure that balances aesthetics with cost-effective buildability. Experience in residential projects of similar scale is important, and fluency with tools such as Revit or AutoCAD for the architectural work and STAAD, ETABS, or an equivalent for the structural analysis will help keep the workflow smooth.
Deliverables I’ll review and sign off on:
• Schematic floor plans and elevations showing the modern design intent
• Full architectural set ready for permitting, including sections and schedules
• Structural framing plans, details, and calculation package certified for my locality
• A coordinated 3D model (BIM preferred) to resolve clashes early
• Two rounds of design refinement based on my feedback
