Modern Residential Plans Package Needed
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m ready to move forward with a modern-style residential build and I need a complete architectural package produced to U.S. standards. The goal is to have everything required for clear visualization and smooth permitting, so accuracy and code-compliance are essential.
Here’s what I must receive:
• Floor plans for every level, fully dimensioned and annotated
• Exterior elevations capturing the modern aesthetic, materials, and heights
• A site plan that situates the house accurately on the lot, including setbacks, hardscape, and basic grading
• Any additional sheets you consider part of a “full set” for a typical U.S. residential submission (general notes, schedules, sections, etc.)
I will supply my lot survey, zoning data, and a preliminary room-by-room brief as soon as we agree on the collaboration. Preferred deliverables are PDF for review plus the original CAD (AutoCAD, Revit, or comparable) so revisions stay efficient.
