Modern Residential New Build Design

I’m preparing to break ground on a brand-new residential property and I need a seasoned architect who can translate my vision of a crisp, modern home into build-ready documents. The project is a full new-construction effort, so we’ll be starting with a blank site and shaping everything from overall massing to the final interior flow.

Here’s what I expect:
• Initial concept sketches that capture a sleek, contemporary aesthetic
• Scaled floor plans and elevations refined through a couple of feedback rounds
• 3D exterior and interior renderings to help me—and future contractors—visualise materials, lighting, and spatial feel
• A coordinated set of drawings suitable for permitting and construction, including basic structural and MEP placeholders so engineers have a clear starting point

We can collaborate via CAD (AutoCAD, Revit, or your preferred BIM tool) and I’m happy to review PDFs or shared cloud models for quick mark-ups. Good communication is key; weekly check-ins work best for me so we can keep decisions moving.
