Modern Residential Masterplan Design
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I am planning a new residential development and am seeking an experienced architect to translate my vision into a clear, build-ready masterplan. The project is a modern apartment complex that must seamlessly integrate two primary amenities: a swimming pool and a fully equipped fitness center.
At project kickoff, I will provide the site survey, zoning information, and any existing studies. Your scope will be to develop a comprehensive residential development package that includes:
• A coordinated site plan illustrating building placement, internal circulation, parking, landscaping, and amenity locations
• Scalable apartment floor plans and building elevations
• Code-compliant designs for the pool and fitness facilities
• Conceptual massing and/or 3D views to support stakeholder visualization
Deliverables should be provided in editable CAD (DWG) format, along with review-ready PDFs. The proposal will be evaluated on the accuracy of area schedules, compliance with local building regulations, and the inclusion of a clear construction phasing strategy.
