Modern Residential Construction Architecture Plan

I already have a drafted floor-plan and now need a complete architectural package so the builder can take the project through permitting and on to construction. The home is residential and firmly modern in appearance—clean lines, generous glazing, and an open floor plan are non-negotiable. Please translate the existing layout into a fully detailed set that meets local code and is ready for contractors, engineers, and the city inspector alike.

What I expect to receive:
• Dimensioned plans, elevations, and cross-sections
• Roof, foundation, and framing details suitable for structural sign-off
• Door and window schedules matching the modern aesthetic
• Reflected ceiling and lighting plans that preserve the open concept
• General notes and code references required for approval

I’ll supply the current layout in PDF/CAD along with site information the moment we start. If you work in Revit, AutoCAD, or a comparable BIM tool, that will make coordination easier, but I’m open to the platform you prefer as long as the final files (DWG/PDF) can be shared with my builder.
