I’m moving forward with a new commercial office building and need complete architectural and structural design handled in a cohesive package. The brief is clear-cut: clean, modern lines with efficient floor plates, abundant natural light, and a façade that immediately signals contemporary professionalism.
Here’s what I will look for in the submission:
• Architectural concept and massing studies that capture a modern aesthetic
• Fully detailed floor plans, elevations, and sections ready for permit
• Coordinated structural drawings and calculations that align with local code requirements
• 3D visualisations or BIM models (Revit or equivalent) for stakeholder review
• A short narrative explaining material choices, sustainability considerations, and how the structure integrates with MEP systems
You are free to use tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, or SAP2000—whichever combination lets you deliver a bullet-proof package on time.
The site survey, zoning data, and preliminary program will be supplied once we start. I’ll review each milestone quickly, so clear file organisation and version control will be appreciated.
