Modern Home Renovation Plans
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I would like detailed architectural renovation floor plans for an entire home, incorporating current structural walls so we can keep the existing roof.
Requirements:
- Provide 3 options for a complete redesign of entire home.
- large eat in kitchen that can transition to the enclosed porch/terrace.
- New Design to have a master bedroom with master bathroom and walk in closet
- Prefer that master walk in closet has a stackable washer and dryer incorporated into it.
- Cozy living room
- Office/Bedroom with another full bathroom that can second as a guest bathroom
- Use existing digital blueprints as a base. Red Lines and walls are structural. Blue are existing non load baring walls
- Coastal Modern style is desired
- We live in a tropical climate and would like the porch terrace to be screened in with overhead fans. The size of the terrace is to be the width of the home (12110mm and up to 4.8m deep)
- would like to have work out space potentially in terrace with concealed closet (with mirrors) for extra work out gear and additional storage
- If possible add a secondary seating area separate from the living room as a sort of reading room.
