Modern Glass Restaurant Design
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need an architect-engineer team that can turn my idea for a fully glazed, 20 m × 30 m × 4 m restaurant into a clear, build-ready concept. The overall look must be sleek and minimalist inside, with straightforward tables-and-chairs seating and a closed kitchen kept out of view.
What I expect from you
• A coherent architectural concept: a 3D massing model and basic floor plans that position seating, kitchen, restrooms and generous circulation while keeping every elevation in glass.
• A preliminary structural scheme: steel frame sizing, key load-path diagrams and headline stress checks that prove the glass façades and roof can be safely supported.
• Source files in CAD/Revit (or comparable), plus a concise calculation summary in PDF.
Essentials
– Demonstrable experience delivering modern glass buildings.
– Ability to balance aesthetics with local code requirements.
– Attention to fire-safety, energy-code glazing limits and practical buildability.
Nice-to-have features (tell me if you can include them)
• Sections of operable glazing for natural ventilation.
• Space planning that allows an exterior reflecting pool or slim water feature to wrap the façade.
With this first package in hand, I will be able to secure stakeholder approval and scope the next design phase. Let me know your relevant projects, preferred software and estimated turnaround time.
