Modern Garden Suite Drawings
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
Modern garden suite from concept to permit submission and need a skilled architectural technologist to prepare the drawings.
What I need
• A fully dimensioned floorplan sized for 1–3 occupants, laid out with a Bedroom, full bathroom, a kitchen, an eating area, a living room, a closet, laundry area (stackable is okay), and some extra storage. One indoor parking space and two off-site parking spaces are required. An outdoor amenity space for the
Garden Suite, separate from the house yard, is also desired
• Four exterior elevations that show roof slopes, openings, height limits, and exterior material call-outs.
• Material and finish notes for both the interior and exterior (as selected in the scope).
• Alberta Building Code 2023 and local zoning compliance clearly reflected in egress, insulation, clearance, and setback details.
• Keyed legends for windows, doors, and fixtures so everything is easy to read at plan-checking.
• Deliverables in PDF for review and DWG or RVT for any future revisions.
Nice-to-have (not mandatory)
A simple 3-D massing or shaded view that communicates overall form and height.
