Modern 3-Floor House Plan
Budget: ₹150,000 – ₹250,000 INR
I’m ready to turn my 180-square-yard plot in Sikandrabad, UP (30 × 53 ft) into a light-filled, modern residence spread over 2½ to 3 floors, and I’m looking for an architect who can guide the entire process—from the first sketch to the final construction drawings—while visiting the site when needed.
Here’s what I need you to handle:
• A complete set of architectural plans (concept layouts, working drawings, structural and services coordination) prepared for local approval and for my contractor to build from.
• A design that celebrates large windows for abundant natural light and reserves space for a rooftop garden; those two elements are non-negotiable.
• Modern styling throughout, with clean lines and efficient space planning suited to a residential family home.
• At least one in-person visit per key stage (initial survey, foundation marking, and roof casting) so we can review progress and resolve issues on site in Sikandrabad.
• High-quality 3D elevations or renders that let me see materials and façades before work begins.
