Mixed-Use Sports Complex Design
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m in the early stages of developing a mixed-use sports complex and need a professional who can take the project from concept sketches through to fully coordinated construction drawings. The vision blends indoor and outdoor spaces, so I’ll rely on you to balance architectural creativity with solid structural solutions that meet local codes and modern sustainability standards.
I can provide a rough site plan, space allocation ideas, and reference images, but I’m looking for your expertise in refining the layout, modelling the structures in Revit or a comparable BIM environment, and detailing everything required for permits and tender. Experience with sports-specific requirements such as long-span roof systems, acoustic treatment, and multi-surface flooring will be valuable, as will familiarity with energy-efficient HVAC strategies appropriate for both enclosed halls and open-air courts.
Key milestones I have in mind:
• Concept design package with mood boards and preliminary 3D massing
• Schematic layouts showing court dimensions, circulation, and service zones
• Detailed architectural and structural drawings ready for approval
• Final IFC-level BIM model, plus a short design report summarising load assumptions, materials, and compliance notes
The exact mix of facilities (gymnasium, pool, courts, etc.) is still being finalised, so stay flexible and open to iteration. If you’ve completed similar multi-sport venues or recreation centres, please share samples or links; seeing how you resolved complex spans, spectator flow, and amenity integration will help me gauge fit.
I’d like to kick off with an online meeting this week to review the site constraints and outline the timeline. Looking forward to collaborating and bringing this complex to life.
