Mixed-Use Building Dimension Design

I have an existing site layout for a mixed-use development that will combine office and retail space on a lot larger than 2,000 sqm. What I now need is a set of architect-led building dimensions that translate the layout into a workable envelope: clear overall footprints, floor-to-floor heights, core locations, parking allocation, and any massing considerations that keep the office and retail functions efficient yet distinct.

Please take the current plan, respect the property lines and zoning parameters already shown, and produce scaled drawings that I can forward to both local authorities and my structural consultant. CAD or Revit files are preferred, accompanied by PDFs for quick review.

Acceptance criteria
• Dimensioned site and floor plans to scale
• Key sections/elevations illustrating height compliance
• Area schedule separating office and retail GFA
• Source files delivered in an editable format
