Missouri Licensed Structural Engineer
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m seeking a Missouri-licensed structural engineer to run a complete structural analysis on a residential property I’m developing. Your work will be used for permitting and lender approval, so I need calculations, a concise written report, and, if required, stamped drawings that satisfy Missouri building code and the local authority having jurisdiction.
What I will provide: current architectural plans in PDF and DWG, the geotechnical report, and site photographs. What I need from you: confirmation that the framing, roof, walls, and overall load path meet code; any corrective recommendations clearly highlighted; and all deliverables returned as a sealed PDF plus the native calculation file (ETABS, RAM, RISA, or your preferred software).
Please outline your proposed timeline, any site visit requirements, and recent Missouri residential projects you’ve analyzed.
