I need a Missouri-licensed architect to prepare full construction drawings for a 1,200 sq ft extension that will convert part of my commercial building into a dedicated garage. The space must comfortably accommodate multiple vehicles; beyond that I’m open to fresh design ideas because the existing structure doesn’t dictate a particular style.
Scope
• Site visit coordination (virtual or in person) to verify dimensions and local conditions
• Schematic layouts showing optimal vehicle flow and clearances
• Code-compliant architectural, structural, and basic MEP sheets suitable for permitting in Missouri
• Professional seal for the State of Missouri on the final set
Acceptance
Drawings should meet current Missouri building codes and be ready for city submission without further markup. I’ll consider the project complete once I have the stamped PDF set plus the editable CAD files.
