Mid-Size Home Architectural Plans

I’m preparing to build a brand-new residential homes in the 2,500–3,000 sq ft range and need a licensed architect to translate my ideas into a full, permit-ready drawing set. This is ground-up construction on a clean site, so you’ll be starting with a blank canvas and guiding the design from concept to construction documents.

We’ll collaborate on overall aesthetics, spatial flow, sustainability considerations, and local code compliance. I’m comfortable reviewing digital models, so feel free to work in Revit, ArchiCAD, or AutoCAD—whichever you prefer—as long as final PDFs and editable source files are handed over.

Deliverables I expect:
• Schematic floor plans and elevations for initial approval
• Refined design development drawings with room dimensions, window/door schedules, and basic material notes
• A full construction document set suitable for permit submission, including site plan, structural layout (if within your scope or coordinated with an engineer), electrical/lighting plan, and detailed sections
• At least two exterior 3D renderings to help visualize massing and finishes
