Architect / Master Planner Required – Boutique Villa Village Development
We are seeking an experienced architect or master planner to assist with the concept design of a boutique village-style residential development on a 10,000sqm site.
The vision for the project is a landscaped villa community, combining a mix of smaller villas and larger premium homes, designed to create a cohesive, resort-style environment with strong architectural identity and efficient site planning.
Project Overview:
Site area: Approximately 10,000sqm
Development concept: Village-style layout
Mix of dwellings proposed:
10 smaller villas (1–2 bedroom)
4 larger homes (3 bedroom) with private pools
Internal driveway and circulation
On-site parking for residents and visitors
High-quality landscaping and communal green spaces
Scope of Work:
The successful architect will be required to:
Prepare a concept master plan for the site
Determine the optimal layout and dwelling positioning
Design a cohesive architectural style for the development
Consider vehicle access, parking, landscaping, and privacy
Provide concept-level floor plans and massing studies
Prepare visual concepts or renders suitable for marketing and planning discussions
Project Objectives
Create a high-quality village environment that feels open and well landscaped
Maintain a balance between density and privacy
Maximise the site's development potential while maintaining strong design quality
Deliver a cohesive architectural identity across all dwellings
Ideal Candidate:
Architect with experience in residential master planning or villa-style developments
Strong capability in site planning and spatial efficiency
Ability to produce clear concept plans and visualisations
