Load Bearing Wall Modification
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I need advice on cutting a 3000mm wide x 2100mm high opening into a load-bearing internal brick wall to create an open-plan layout. The house was built in the early 1960s, the ceiling height is 2700mm.
