Lift & Staircase Compliance Review
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I already have three full design scenarios for a museum at R+1 level, together with an evacuation staircase and a lift, all drafted in AutoCAD. Before the project moves forward I need a qualified architect to run a thorough compliance check.
Your task is two-fold. First, verify every dimension and clearance against EN 81-20 for the lift, EN 115-1 where the staircase interfaces with circulation routes, and any additional French regulations that apply to public buildings. Second, look beyond pure numbers and confirm that each solution functions safely and intuitively for visitors in normal and emergency conditions. If any conflict or shortfall appears, I expect you to adjust the scenario drawings accordingly—no fresh modelling is required; only precise revisions and mark-ups inside the existing DWG files.
Deliverables
• A marked-up DWG (or overlay) showing every correction or comment.
• A concise compliance report summarising conformity with EN 81-20, EN 115-1 and cited French standards, noting both structural and functional findings.
• An updated set of the three scenarios, ready for submission to local authorities.
Accuracy, clarity and strict adherence to the stated norms will be the acceptance criteria. I will provide the original files immediately upon award and remain available for rapid clarification during the review.
