Licensed PA Salon Conversion Plans

I’m converting a portion of my existing residential garage into a compact hair-salon and need a Pennsylvania-licensed architect or engineer to prepare permit-ready drawings that satisfy state and local code requirements. The submission must include a dimensioned floor plan plus coordinated electrical and plumbing layouts; each sheet has to be sealed for the building-permit package.

At the moment I’m unsure whether previous garage blueprints exist, so you may need to verify site dimensions on-site or work from my measurements and photos. I already have a few fixed elements in mind, two styling stations, a shampoo sink, and discreet product storage—yet I’m open to your professional suggestions on optimizing flow and code compliance.

Deliverables
• Stamped floor plan showing new partitions, egress, ADA clearances, and equipment locations
• Stamped electrical plan indicating outlets, dedicated circuits for styling tools, lighting, and GFCI placement
• Stamped plumbing plan detailing new supply, drain, and vent lines for the shampoo sink and any additional fixtures
• Any supporting notes or schedules required by Pennsylvania Uniform Construction Code
