Licensed & Local NJ Architect for Permit-Ready, Sealed Drawings
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a LOCAL New Jersey–LICENSED architect to prepare permit-ready drawings for three kitchens and three bathrooms in my multi-family home in Cape May N.J. The township will not issue permits without an architect’s seal registered in the State of New Jersey, so active, verifiable, licensure is non-negotiable. The LOCAL and LICENSED architect must be willing to visit the site in Cape May New Jersey. This job is NOT 100% remote. Please DO NOT apply if you do not live or reside in the North-Eastern part of the U.S. There are areas of this project that require visiting the site in New Jersey.
Two out of the three kitchens and bathrooms are already completed. I just need drafts drawn to scale and sealed. The last kitchen and bathroom are not complete yet. But they will be for a very small space like a tiny home or studio apartment. This is not an elaborate scope or large job. It is very basic and straight forward. Photos and measurements will be provided for each set of kitchen and bathroom spaces.
ALL correspondence between Freelancer and Client will strictly remain on the Freelancer platform. This is for transparency and for both of our protection. ALL payments will be conducted through the Freelancer “milestone” method. NO payments will be released from the “milestone” escrow until the work is completed. If I’m asked to communicate outside of the platform or release payment before work is completed, I will consider you to be a scammer and you will be reported. I’ll be happy to award this project to the individual Freelancer who can comply with these basic rules and guidelines.
