Licensed Extension Plans

I’m getting ready to bump out my existing garage and need a Missouri-licensed design professional to prepare the full set of construction drawings required for permit approval. I already have the original garage blueprints in CAD/PDF, so you’ll be building on an established file rather than starting from scratch.
Your plans must be sealed for use anywhere in Missouri and reference the current state and local code amendments. Once the drawings are complete, I would like your help submitting them to the building department, answering plan-review questions, and issuing any quick tweaks the reviewer requests so the permit moves through without delay.
Deliverables
• Missouri-stamped drawing set: updated site plan, foundation/framing details, floor plan, roof plan, elevations, sections, and any structural notes needed for the extension
• One round of revisions responding to plan-review comments
• Brief support letter or form as required by the permitting office
