I'm looking for detailed building plans for a large workshop shed (300 sq ft).
Essential features include:
- Electrical outlets and lighting
- Ventilation and insulation
- Engineer approved design for account for wind, snow loads, etc.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in architectural design
- Experience with electrical and ventilation systems
- Ability to create comprehensive and easy-to-follow construction plans
- Needs to be designed to meet the following codes: 2015 IECC residential provisions, 2021 IFGC, 20217 ANSI, and current Utah State Amendments.
