Kennel Design and Permit Documentation (Larnaca, Cyprus)

I am looking for an architect in Larnaca to assist me with the preparation of the documentation required for a building permit application to the Planning/Building Department. (Larnaca, Cyprus)

The project concerns a very small kennel for 2–3 small dogs on an agricultural land in Alethriko (Larnaca district, Cyprus). There is already an existing residential building on the plot, and the kennel would be a small auxiliary structure next to it. The purpose is simply to comply with the requirements of the Veterinary Services for animal housing and welfare for my small dogs.

The proposed kennel would consist of:
• 1 dog housing room, approx. 4 m²
• 1 whelping room, approx. 2–3 m²
• 1 quarantine room, approx. 2–3 m²

This will be a very simple structure using sandwich panels, with no complex mechanical or electrical systems planned. The focus is only on creating functional, hygienic and easily cleanable spaces that meet the minimum legal standards.

I already have the title deed, the original building permit documents (permit, conditions, architectural drawings) and the topographic plan.
