My construction drawings for a 5,500 SF commercial retail store in Iowa are complete and code-compliant; the only remaining step is a licensed Iowa architect’s stamp and signature. I do not anticipate any design or structural edits, so please plan on reviewing the finished sheets, confirming everything aligns with state and local requirements, and then issuing a signed and sealed PDF set ready for permit submission.
Because building departments sometimes ask for minor clarifications, I will likely need the same set restamped after permit review. Turn-around on that second stamping should be fast, but it will involve no scope changes—just your updated date and seal.
