Florida Dumpster Enclosure Permit Plans
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m ready to pull a building permit for a new dumpster enclosure and need a Florida-licensed architect or engineer to prepare the full set of signed and sealed drawings. The enclosure will be concrete, and the site plan is already completed, so you can jump straight into detailing the structure and coordinating with the layout I provide.
Your plans must satisfy all applicable local regulations and reference the current Florida Building Code. I expect a coordinated architectural and structural package—cover sheet, plan, elevations, sections, notes, and any calculations—delivered as PDF (ready for electronic permitting) plus the editable CAD files. Digital seals that meet the State of Florida requirements are fine, but they have to pass the county’s permit intake without redlines.
If you’ve produced permit documents for dumpster enclosures or similar small structures in Florida before, that experience will be a major plus. Let me know your turnaround time and how many rounds of minor revisions you include; speed is important because my construction schedule is already locked in.
Deliverables are Site Plan, Architectural and Structural plans similar to Arch pages 46 as attached (2 to 3 pages) and the Gate Engineering Plan as attached. Your job is to use the attached documents as guidance for the slightly different size variations. The attached plans comply with the attached ordinance to Dumpster Enclosures. Also, you must be available to make modifications as required by the city building department within 48 hours of requests. Job to be completed by Aug 28. Must have valid Florida Architect or Engineer License.
