3-Floor Villa Architecture Plans
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m preparing to build a new three-storey villa and need a complete residential drawing package for the ground-up construction. At this stage I’m looking for clear, build-ready documents that a contractor and the local permitting office can read without further interpretation.
The villa will rise three full floors on its own plot, so every drawing has to be properly scaled, consistent across levels, and coordinated. I will supply the site measurements, concept sketches and any additional information you request as soon as we start.
Deliverables I expect:
• Dimensioned floor plans for all three levels
• Roof plan, key sections and elevations (north, south, east, west)
• Door & window schedules and a basic room finish legend
• PDF sheets for printing (A1 or A3) plus editable CAD files in DWG
I work in AutoCAD but am open to Revit or ArchiCAD as long as the final DWG exports are clean. Please allow for one full round of revisions after I review the first draft. Accuracy to scale and consistency in line weights, layers and annotations will form the main acceptance criteria.
SECOND FLOOR
1 Master Suite including:
A large bedroom of at least 60 m²
A 20 m² bathroom
A large walk-in dressing room of at least 40 m²
2 Junior Suites, each including:
A 40 m² bedroom
A 30 m² dressing room
A 20 m² bathroom
1 Living room with dining area of 80 m²
FIRST FLOOR
5 Bedrooms, each:
30 m² bedroom
20 m² private bathroom
1 Large living room with dining area of 70 m²
1 Small living room of 40 m²
GROUND FLOOR
4 Bedrooms, each:
30 m² bedroom
20 m² private bathroom
1 Large living room with large dining area of 120 m²
1 Large kitchen of 50 m², opening onto the annex building with storage room
1 Entrance hall including a 20 m² guest toilet
ANNEX BUILDING
1 Outdoor kitchen of 80 m²
1 Laundry room of 30 m²
2 Maid’s rooms, each:
20 m² bedroom
10 m² bathroom
NOTES
All circulation areas must be at least 2 meters wide.
All ceiling heights must be 3.5 meters clear height.
A large veranda must be provided on the ground floor.
Balconies must be provided on the upper floors.
Dimensions may vary by ±10% depending on the proposed architectural plan.
PLOT INFORMATION
Plot size: 900 m² (30 m x 30 m)
Proposed building footprint: approximately 400 m²
Front yard requirements:
4-meter-wide vehicle entrance
Security guard house, including office/post, bedroom, and toilet
Parking space for 4 cars in the front yard

I require a turnkey project, including complete construction, finishing works, and full furnishing — including all furniture.
