Family Room Addition

We are adding a 20x17 foot family room off the back of our home. The city of cathredral city requires architectural and structural plans to obtain a permit and we need to keep the cost of the plans as low as possible to preserve our funds for the actual project. We have a current set of elevation and as is plans but not with the addition. We are happy to share what we have so far.
