Experienced Architect for Compact Living Designs (US)

We are looking for a freelance Architect / Architectural Designer with strong experience in U.S. residential projects to assist with ongoing work involving tiny homes, modular homes, ADUs, and compact residential structures.

Scope of Work:
- Prepare complete architectural drawing sets (floor plans, elevations, sections, details)
- Develop coordinated MEP drawings (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)
- Produce permit-ready documentation aligned with U.S. building codes
- Adapt drawings to state and county-specific requirements across the U.S.
- Coordinate with structural engineers as needed
- Revise drawings based on jurisdiction or client feedback

Project Types:
- Tiny homes
- Modular and prefab homes
- Container-based residences
- ADUs and small residential units

Requirements:
- Proven experience with U.S. permitting and residential codes
- Strong understanding of MEP coordination
- Proficiency in AutoCAD / Revit (or similar)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Clear communication and responsiveness

Engagement:
- Ongoing freelance work across multiple projects
- Paid per project (to be discussed)
- Long-term collaboration preferred
