Experienced Architect/Drafter for High-End Projects
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
We are hiring an experienced Architect/Drafter for a US-based construction company working on high-end residential and commercial projects.
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of architectural experience
• At least 2 years of experience with US-based projects
• Proficient in Revit
• Experience producing residential and commercial construction documents
• Strong drafting and concept design skills
• Experience writing specifications and preparing estimates
• Interior design experience
• Good English communication skills
• Detail-oriented, easy to work with, and able to follow direction
• Updated portfolio required
Responsibilities:
• Specifications writing
• Support projects from concept design through construction documentation
• Prepare and revise Revit drawings, details, specifications, and permit sets
• Coordinate architectural drawings with design and construction requirements
• Assist with estimates and budget-conscious design decisions
• Review drawings and project documentation for accuracy and quality
