Entrance Lot Integrated Design Package
Budget: £3,000 – £5,000 GBP
I am completing the design of the entrance lot that fronts a 39-lot, 4 ha-each residential estate and I need three coordinated drawings to pull the whole vision together.
First, a landscape plan that solves movement, parking and service access while still framing the entry statement. Functionality is the priority, so paths, planting zones, drainage and lighting all need to work hard, not just look good.
Second, a full architectural set for a pair of co-joined two-bedroom homes. I want a clearly contemporary feel—clean lines, efficient footprints and façades that tie back to the estate palette. Please include floor plans, elevations, a roof plan and basic material notes so the builder can cost it quickly.
Finally, I need a Stage 2 commercial overlay that reserves mixed-use areas without locking us into one tenancy type. Show massing envelopes, indicative footprints, access roads, pedestrian links and any shared parking that interfaces neatly with the landscape plan.

• Scaled functional landscape plan
• Contemporary 2×2 bed co-joined house drawings
• Mixed-use commercial overlay for Stage 2
