I need a SC registered professional engineer for this task
I built my own trusses modeled/duplicated from trusses in an existing garage of the same dimensions. I learned at the rough-in inspection that I had to provide a truss engineering document attesting to the design. I need a quote to produce the required engineering document based on my trusses (as a starting point). At a minimum would need to start with what I have already installed, and add any modifications in your design. I will incorporate your modifications if necessary.
I can provide a drawing and measurements of the existing trusses.
Building: 30×40 garage
Existing trusses: 40' span, 16" overhang, Modified queen, 8' center post, 4/12 pitch, #2 Spruce Pine 2×4 construction, metal mending plates
