I'm seeking an architect for a tiny house project in Panama, utilizing lightweight steel construction. Preliminary plans are available. Your task will include:

- Creating electrical and plumbing layouts
- Performing structural calculations

The design must comply with Panama's building codes. The tiny house will be around 80 sqm of single-storey living space with an eco-friendly design.
