We are seeking a skilled and creative architect to develop the custom layout and floor plans for our dream home. This project is for house plans only, including the overall layout and exterior elevations. Interior design is not part of this scope at this time, though we welcome layout considerations that support future interior design work.
The home will be inspired by a classic English cottage aesthetic — symmetrical, timeless, and cozy — with smart, family-friendly space planning. The right architect will help us translate our vision into a functional and beautiful set of custom home plans that reflect our lifestyle and preferences.
