Dominican Architectural Plans Designer

I’m launching a new build here in the Dominican Republic and need a designer I can rely on for the long haul. My immediate priority is a full set of Planos Arquitectónicos, and every sheet must pass local code review on the first submission. After that, I’ll move straight into Planos de Detalle y Construcción, the Engineering set (estructurales y sistemas) and finally 3D exterior / interior renders.

What I need from you
• A fixed price and turnaround time for each of the four deliverables:
– Planos Arquitectónicos (representación general y diseño)
– Planos de Detalle y Construcción (ejecución de obra)
– Planos de Ingeniería (estructurales y sistemas)
– Diseño 3D exterior / interior
• Confirmation that you will prepare the drawings to meet current Dominican regulations and submission formats.
• File delivery in DWG/PDF; native Revit or Archicad files are a plus.

If your architectural set clears permitting smoothly, I’ll route the remaining phases straight to you. Let me know your quote, timeline, and any recent samples that prove you’ve done regulation-ready work before. I’m ready to start as soon as we agree on scope and schedule.
