Deck Plot Plan for Zoning Permit
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a detailed plot plan for a zoning permit that includes a composite deck. The design of the deck is complete and meets zoning setbacks and lot coverage. We have a current sealed survey which is 100% accurate . I only need the proposed deck put on the existing plan by a licensed engineer. Township requirement. The deck will be medium-sized (151-300 sq ft).
