Contemporary Single-Family House Plan
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m ready to move from ideas to build-ready documents for a new single-family home and I need a skilled engineer-designer who can take charge of both the floor layout and the structural planning. The overall look I’m aiming for is contemporary—clean lines, practical spaces, and an efficient flow—though I’m happy to weave in a few modern or even traditional touches if that will improve functionality or visual warmth.
The assignment covers the entire house, from basement through living areas and up to the roof structure, so the work must consider load paths, utilities, and future energy-efficient upgrades as one coordinated system. Local code compliance and realistic material choices are essential; I don’t want gorgeous drawings that can’t actually be permitted or affordably built.
To keep everything clear, here’s what I expect to receive:
• Dimensioned floor plans for every level, ready for permit submission
• Full structural drawings (framing, foundation, roof specs) stamped or laid out for stamping
• A brief material schedule and any key engineering calculations that building officials will require
• Source files (DWG/Revit or similar) plus PDFs for easy sharing with my builder
I can supply the site survey, basic room wish-list, and reference photos of styles I like as soon as we get started. Let me know your preferred software, estimated timeline, and any early information you’ll need so we can get this house out of my head and onto paper.
