Contemporary Duplex Architectural & MEP Drawings
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
A new Ranch style side by side duplex is ready to move from concept into full documentation, and I need a coordinated package that includes architecture, mechanical, electrical and plumbing, plus a 3D model with renders.
Scope
The drawings must show a moderate level of detail with interior design integrated—finishes, fixed cabinetry, lighting points and other built-ins—so the contractor can cost accurately. Every space is in play: living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, circulation zones, storage rooms and the garage. All of it should speak the same clean, contemporary language.
MEP Coordination
Alongside the floor plans, elevations and sections, I need dedicated sheets for HVAC ducting, plumbing runs and electrical layouts. Please route services cleanly, call out equipment, and schedule panels and fixtures so the plans are construction-ready.
Visualisation
A compatible 3D model (Revit, SketchUp or similar) and several rendered views are required to help the owners visualise the project before we break ground.
Deliverables
• PDF + editable CAD/Revit files for architectural and MEP drawings
• 3D model and 3–5 high-resolution renders
• Drawing register with sheet titles, scales and issue dates
I will provide the site survey and my preliminary sketches once we start. Plan on two rounds of revisions within the fee; extra tweaks can be discussed. Please include your preferred software and estimated timeline in your proposal.
