40ft Container Home CAD Plans

I have a single 40-foot high-cube shipping container that I’m turning into a compact residential dwelling. I need a full set of permit-ready drawings—delivered both as editable CAD files and clean PDFs—within five days.

Scope of work
• Floor plan for a one-bedroom layout
• All exterior elevations
• Structural / engineering sheets adequate for a building permit
• Detail drawings (doors, windows, insulation build-ups, services runs, etc.) that clearly communicate the conversion work

Key points
• Drawings must follow standard architectural conventions and be scaled properly.
• Please use common CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit so I can hand the files to local consultants if needed.
• Final PDFs should be ready for direct submission to the permitting office—no extra formatting on my side.
• I’m happy to answer code-specific questions quickly so you can keep momentum and meet the five-day deadline.

Deliverables are approved once layout dimensions, structural notes, and detailing are complete and the PDFs print correctly at A3. If this timeline and scope fit your expertise, I look forward to working together right away.

Site plan is attached for reference and layout of the container, there will be a kitchenette in the living room backing to the bathroom wall.
