The attached plans are for reference only and are not intended to be copied for final construction drawings. However, I’m happy to provide the original SketchUp files if needed to assist with any drawings or measurements.
Also, please be sure to review the 360° tour links included for both the interior and exterior of the home.
This project will likely require some modification after submission to the city, and potentially additional revisions once the inspector is on site. It’s important that I work with someone who understands this project may take time to fully complete, and that revisions and re-stamping of documents may be necessary along the way.
Please only bid if the same engineer doing the work will remain on the project throughout. I cannot work with a situation where different engineers are stamping drawings at different stages.

I'm seeking an experienced professional to develop detailed plans for a major residential remodel, both interior and exterior. The plans must be compliant with North Carolina regulations and include a NC PE stamp.
Key Requirements:
- Detailed architectural and engineering plans
- NC PE stamp for regulatory approval
- Experience in both interior and exterior residential remodeling
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Licensed Professional Engineer in NC
- Strong background in residential remodeling
- Knowledge of NC building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills for client collaboration
