The freelancer should provide detailed architectural and engineering drawings required for house construction.

o Front elevation
o Modern and aesthetic exterior design
o 3D view (preferred)

o Foundation layout

o Reinforcement details
4. Electrical Layout
o Switch points
o Lighting points
o Power outlets
o Distribution board layout
5. Plumbing Layout
o Water supply line
o Drainage layout
o Septic tank / sewage layout
o Overhead tank connection
6. Detailed Estimation
o Quantity takeoff
o Material estimation
o Approximate construction cost
Deliverables
• AutoCAD drawings (DWG format)
• PDF drawings
• BOQ / Cost estimation sheet (Excel)
