Comprehensive 50-Bed Hospital Plans
Budget: ₹75,000 – ₹150,000 INR
I am finalising the concept for a new 50-bed hospital and now need a full set of coordinated design documents that take the project from schematic layout right through to construction-ready drawings. The scope is broad and touches every discipline in a modern healthcare facility, so accuracy, code compliance and seamless integration between services are critical.
Deliverables I expect from you
• Master floor plans showing all rooms fully fitted with furniture and medical equipment
• Architectural drawings: plans, elevations, sections, staircase and railing details, plus all standard amenities
• Electrical layouts for the entire distribution network, internal and external, including sub-station and generator design
• Sanitary and water-supply drawings with clear pipe routing for on-site execution
• Mechanical services: HVAC schematics and detailed drawings sized for healthcare air-quality standards
• Fire-fighting system layouts meeting current safety regulations
• Centralised medical-gas pipeline drawings
• Plumbing design documents coordinated with the above services
• Low-voltage systems: intercom, LAN, CCTV security and nursing-call layouts
• Interior design package with working drawings that tie the whole concept together
All drawings should be delivered in editable CAD (DWG) with PDF plots ready for permit submission. Where calculations are required—load schedules, pressure drops, or occupancy counts—include them in an organised appendix or within drawing notes so reviewers can follow your assumptions.
