Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m looking to turn a 5.4 m × 7.2 m footprint into a two-level, modern steel structure. The target first-floor clear height is 3.7 m. Reference sketches, exact room sizes and every critical dimension will be supplied the moment we start.
Architecture & layout
• Style: clearly modern—clean lines and efficient use of space.
• Internal arrangement: multiple rooms, distributed across both levels; I’ll share a rough zoning map so you can refine wall positions, door swings and circulation.
Structural brief
• Outer frame: U-Channel 80 × 40 × 3 mm.
• Internal members: RHS 80 × 40 × 1.8 mm.
• Finish: all primary steel to be galvanized for long-term durability.
What I need from you
Please deliver a coordinated drawing set and model that a fabricator, electrician and plumber can follow without guesswork:
- Architectural plans, sections and elevations (DWG + PDF)
- Full steel shop drawings with member tags, weld symbols and connection details
- Structural details for foundations, joints and bracing
- Electrical layout with lighting circuiting and panel schedule
- Water supply, drainage and sewage schematics with pipe sizing
- Consolidated material list plus cutting list for every steel member
- Clean, navigable 3D model (Revit, Tekla, or IFC—your choice as long as it’s industry-standard and exportable)
Acceptance
Drawings must pass a clash check between architectural, structural and MEP layers and be ready for local engineer sign-off. I’ll review in two rounds: preliminary coordination and final issue for construction.
