Complete Property Blueprint Package
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I own an existing house with three detached out-buildings on a lot just outside Samboan, Cebu, and the municipality requires a full blueprint set before it will issue my business permit. I need those drawings produced from on-site measurements and turned over as professionally printed sheets ready for submission.
Scope of work
• Draft scaled floor plans for the main house and all three ancillary buildings, including every interior room and space.
• Add plumbing layouts that trace supply and waste lines and identify each fixture, main shut-off, and tie-in to the property line.
• Provide an electrical plan at a basic level—panel location, mains feed, breaker assignments, and the primary branch runs—enough to satisfy the licensing office without diving into wire-by-wire schematics.
Deliverables
• Two hard-copy blueprint sets on standard Philippine blueprint paper (the format the municipal engineer expects).
• All sheets stamped with title block, north arrow, legends, scale, and my property details so I can file them immediately.
Logistics
I can supply photos, rough sketches, and a video walkthrough. You are welcome to take or verify measurements on site; coordination with my caretaker can be arranged. Once the drawings are complete, courier the printed sets to Samboan, Cebu. If you draft in AutoCAD, Revit, or another tool, that’s fine—I care only about the final printed sheets.
