Commercial Space CAD Floor Plan
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I need a detailed CAD floor plan for a small 400 sq ft existing commercial space with updated fixtures count for submission to the city. Currently we are using the detached space for temperature controlled storage, we now need to convert it to useable space to be included with the larger building. The plan should include precise layouts for electrical, venting, and windows and updated fixture count.
Requirements:
- Accurate and professional-grade CAD skills
- Experience in commercial space planning
- Ability to integrate existing electrical and new venting systems into the layout
- Updated fixture (plumbing) count with the additional sq ft.
- Update fire monitoring equipment to include new space.
