Commercial Site Plan Design

We currently have an as-is site plan of our building and property in CAD. Corners and topography are on it. Our local municipality wants us to design and build a larger parking lot, ingress/egress driveway, minor landscaping, photometric plan (we have the photometric data sheet of existing lights), and a dumpster enclosure. We can supply the initial CAD site plan to work off of.
