Commercial Plan Modification: Civil Engineer/Architect Needed
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
Hi, I’m looking for an experienced Civil Engineer / Architect to review and modify an existing commercial building plan.
The current design has a basement and ground floor completed, but no washrooms have been allocated on these floors. Washrooms are only planned on the first floor. However, we’ve been advised that in commercial spaces, each floor should ideally have separate washrooms for ladies and gents.
I need a professional who can:
• Review the existing floor plans
• Suggest feasible locations for male and female washrooms on the basement and ground floor
• Ensure the placement is structurally safe and practical
• Consider plumbing, drainage, ventilation, and compliance with commercial building norms
• Propose space-efficient solutions without major structural changes (if possible)
• Provide revised layout suggestions or marked drawings
Experience with commercial buildings and building regulations is preferred.
