I need a detailed metal stud and drywall estimator. Many projects in planning and design stage.
Requirements:
- Must be able to provide OST files
- Accurate material and labor takeoff estimation
- Comprehensive breakdown of all material needs, including: FRP, specialty boards, ACT, door frames and more.
- Experience with commercial projects preferred
- Ability to work from architectural plans and designs
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in drywall estimation software
- Strong attention to details
Expected workload: 6-8 projects per Month.
