I’m opening a new lounge/bar and have to secure every approval from the ground up. That includes zoning approval, full building permits, and the required health permits. Nothing has been filed yet, so I need someone who can take the project from first application all the way through stamped approvals and final inspections.
You’ll coordinate with the city planning and zoning office to verify use-of-space compliance, guide the architectural team through plan review, and handle submissions to the building department and health department. Regular status updates, copies of all correspondence, and clear next-step guidance keep the project moving.
Deliverables I will sign off on:
• Zoning approval letter or certificate
• Issued building permit set with all stamped plans
• Issued health permit ready for opening inspection
